Intelligent Geo-Mine and Noyab Mining Co. have signed a strategic cooperation memorandum in the field of mining and mineral industries. The agreement sets out a framework for joint work, information exchange, the identification of investment opportunities and the exploration of areas where the two companies can operate together.
The memorandum names nine areas of cooperation: identifying, evaluating and introducing mining opportunities; technical, engineering, advisory and management services; geological, exploration and economic studies; exploration across all mineral types; joint participation in obtaining permits and mining rights; extraction and operation of mines; turnkey projects for the extraction and processing of minerals; investment in mining and industrial schemes; and participation in financing and attracting investors.
The agreement was signed by the chief executives and board chairs of both companies.
