IGM’s Technical Department has completed an advanced training course on Microsoft Project (MSP) for professional project control. The programme was led by Dr. Taki and focused on current methods in scheduling, resource management and critical-path analysis.
All participating team members received their certification. The training is part of the company’s continuing investment in the precision and transparency with which it plans and delivers complex projects.
